Joseph Rice has over twenty years of experience in representing various business interests, non-profits and governmental units. He advises clients on a broad range of communications areas, including government relations, issues and crisis management, corporate communications, brand positioning, CEO positioning and corporate responsibility. He has specialized in developing and implementing strategic communications, outreach and involvement programs, counseling executives on a wide variety of large-scale, politically-sensitive and technically-complex projects. He has also lectured on many different issues management and public affairs subjects over the years.
Mr. Rice presently serves as an elected member of the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors and formerly served for over a decade as a member of the Whitefish Bay Village Board. He serves as a board member of the Milwaukee Public Television Friends and the Badger Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired Foundation. He formerly chaired the Milwaukee Area Technical College Board of Directors.
Mr. Rice received his law degree from Marquette University Law School and his undergraduate degree from Boston College.
