Joseph Rice has over twenty years of experience in representing various business interests, non-profits and governmental units. He advises clients on a broad range of communications areas, including government relations, issues and crisis management, corporate communications, brand positioning, CEO positioning and corporate responsibility. He has specialized in developing and implementing strategic communications, outreach and involvement programs, counseling executives on a wide variety of large-scale, politically-sensitive and technically-complex projects. Mr. Rice presently serves as an elected member of the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors and formerly served for over a decade as a member of the Whitefish Bay Village Board.
